A letter From Our Founder

My name is Alex and I run an empathy lead self development team of Dietitians, Nutritionists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Personal Trainers and Behaviour change coaches who specialise in SUSTAINABLE weight loss. As Seen on Lose Weight Like Me, Commissioned by Channel 4.

Over the last 20 years we have helped over 4,500 women in the UK and Ireland lose weight sustainably, get promoted, have more energy, be around for their grandkids, get out of abusive relationships and even walk again after being wheelchair bound.
